Summary

  • We only collect data necessary to operate the platform.
  • Integration credentials are encrypted at rest with AWS KMS.
  • We never sell your data to third parties.
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time.
  • Analytics cookies are optional and can be opted out.

1. Introduction

Agentic Dev Flow ("ADF", "we", "us", "our") operates the website www.slack-devops.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

By accessing or using ADF, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials managed through AWS Cognito. We do not store passwords directly; authentication is handled by Cognito using SRP (Secure Remote Password) protocol.

Integration Credentials

To connect third-party services (Slack, Jira, GitLab, Confluence, Google Calendar, Grafana, JFrog Artifactory), you provide API tokens, webhook URLs, and service account keys. These credentials are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS (Key Management Service) with AES-256 encryption and stored in DynamoDB.

Usage Data

We collect operational metrics such as command usage frequency, API response times, pipeline execution counts, and sprint metrics. This data is used to power your Grafana dashboards and is associated with your team, not individual users.

Analytics Data

If you consent, we may use Google Analytics to collect anonymous browsing data on our public marketing pages (landing page, features, pricing). Analytics are never enabled on authenticated application pages. See our Cookie Policy for details and opt-out instructions.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the ADF platform and its integrations.
  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
  • Connect to third-party services on your behalf using your stored credentials.
  • Generate metrics, dashboards, and reports for your team.
  • Send transactional emails (onboarding, alerts, account updates) via AWS SES.
  • Improve platform performance and reliability.
  • Respond to support requests.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of third-party services, and only as necessary to operate the platform:

AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Hosting, authentication (Cognito), database (DynamoDB), email (SES), encryption (KMS).

Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)

Issue tracking and documentation via your provided API tokens.

Slack

Command processing and notifications via your workspace tokens.

GitLab

Repository and CI/CD integration via your project access tokens.

Google (Calendar)

Calendar integration via your service account credentials.

Grafana Labs

Metrics visualization via your Grafana Cloud tokens.

JFrog

Artifact management via your Artifactory tokens.

Google Analytics

Anonymous website analytics on public pages only (with your consent).

5. Data Security

  • Integration credentials encrypted at rest with AWS KMS (AES-256).
  • All data transmitted over TLS 1.2+.
  • Authentication via AWS Cognito with SRP protocol (passwords never stored by ADF).
  • DynamoDB tables with Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR) enabled.
  • IAM role-based access control for all AWS resources.
  • API endpoints protected by key-based authentication.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Metrics history data in DynamoDB has a 90-day TTL and is automatically purged. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and integration credentials within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set on public marketing pages and only with your explicit consent. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time.

For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access -- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction -- Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion -- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability -- Request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out -- Disable analytics tracking via our cookie consent banner.
  • Withdraw consent -- Revoke consent for data processing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@slack-devops.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. International Compliance

GDPR (EU/EEA)

We process data on the lawful bases of contract performance (providing the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (platform improvement). We obtain explicit consent for analytics cookies. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

CCPA (California)

We do not sell personal information. California residents may request disclosure of data collected and request deletion. We will not discriminate against users who exercise their CCPA rights.

10. Children's Privacy

ADF is a business tool designed for professional engineering teams. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

11. Email Communications

We send transactional emails via AWS SES from noreply@slack-devops.com for account-related notifications (onboarding, security alerts, integration status). These are operational emails required for the service and cannot be unsubscribed. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in to a mailing list.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
