Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and integration credentials within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated metrics may be retained.
6. Third-Party Services
ADF integrates with third-party services (Slack, Jira, GitLab, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. 7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including outages at third-party providers). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
8. Email Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails from ADF related to your account, integrations, and platform updates. These are operational emails necessary for the service. We will not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in.
9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@slack-devops.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions. For other reasons, we will provide at least 7 days notice before termination.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification

12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
